Data we collect
We collect only the data needed to answer an inquiry or review a property submission:
- name, email address and optional telephone number;
- stay dates, guest count, message and selected property;
- owner and property details submitted through the property form;
- basic server and security logs such as IP address, request time and requested page.
Purpose of processing
We use the data to answer inquiries, check availability, recommend accommodation, review property submissions, prevent form abuse and maintain website security.
Legal basis
Form data is processed to take steps at your request before a possible service agreement and on the basis of your consent to be contacted. Security logs are processed for the legitimate interest of protecting the website and preventing abuse.
Recipients and processors
Data is accessed only by people handling inquiries and submissions and by technical providers required for hosting, email and system maintenance. We do not sell data or use it for advertising profiles.
Retention period
Inquiries and submissions are retained for up to 24 months after the last communication unless they are needed longer for a contract, legal obligation or legal claims. Security logs are retained for the limited period required for diagnostics and system protection.
Cookies and external content
The website does not use marketing cookies or advertising tracking. Essential technical data may be processed for operation, security and form protection. Maps use public OpenStreetMap tiles, whose provider may receive technical request data.
Your rights
Under the GDPR, depending on the circumstances, you may request:
- access to your personal data and a copy;
- correction of inaccurate or incomplete data;
- erasure or restriction of processing;
- objection to processing and withdrawal of consent;
- data portability where the legal conditions are met.

Data security
